Sous Vide is French and means 'in a vacuum' - food is vacuum packed and cooked in a water bath. The circulator heats and circulates the water, which cooks the food ingredients in the sealable sous vide bag or vacuum bag in a water bath.
The Wilfa CREEK Sous Vide circulator enables a very precise and even temperature with an accuracy of up to 0.5 degrees and the capacity is up to 30L. At a constant temperature, food cooks healthily, without excess fat, perfectly juicy and, for example, meat very tender. The method ensures even cooking of the food and preserves its natural moisture.
The Wilfa Sous Vide Circulator can circulate water clockwise or counterclockwise. In addition, it can be set in such a way that the pump power is directed towards the vessel wall. In this way, sensitive food items such as eggs and salmon can be protected, and the water jet can be avoided because of food items. The circulator has a timer from which you can set the desired cooking time. The timer starts counting only when the desired temperature has been reached.
