The fast-acting Vida Melatonin 1.9 mg can be taken without liquid. The lozenge increases the amount of melatonin in the body, shortening the time to fall asleep and alleviates the individual effects of the time difference. The tablet can also be allowed to dissolve under the tongue to achieve a quick effect.
Melatonin affects the preparation for a few hours
after consumption.
Ingredients: Sweetener (xylitol), anti-caking agents (silica, magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids), bulking agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose), flavoring, melatonin (origin: non-eu).
Recommended daily dosage : For adults, 1 lozenge near bedtime to shorten the time to fall asleep. To alleviate the individual effects of the time difference, take 1 tablet near bedtime on the first day of travel and the following few days after arriving at the destination.
