Mylly's Paras Hivaleipäjauho (=dark wheat flour) is made from the part of the wheat kernel close to the crust layer during wheat milling. Yeast bread flour contains the nutrient-rich parts near the shell of the grain, which make the flour darker and more fiber-rich than whole wheat flour.
