The magnetic lifter consists of NdFeB permanent magnets that develop a magnetic field with high holding power.
By turning the lever on the magnet, the magnet can be turned on or off without any external power source. When working, the two longitudinal poles of the magnet guarantee a stable lifting of a flat or cylindrical object. Lifting capacity 300 kg, 30% with round pieces and side lifting
The lifting capacity depends on the thickness and surface treatment of the object to be lifted. The surface of the piece to be lifted must be checked, if its roughness is less than 6.3 µm, the lifting capacity is 100%. If the roughness is 6.3 µm or worse, an air gap is created.
The alloy of the metal to be lifted also affects the lifting capacity. In low-carbon steels, the lifting factor is 1, in medium-carbon steels 0.95 and in high-carbon steels 0.90. Low alloy 0.75 in steel and 0.50 in cast iron.
