Instructions for use/Dosage: The use of creatine starts with a 5-day loading period, during which 20 g of creatine is used per day. Take 5 g with breakfast, before training, after training and with the last meal of the day. After the loading period, we move to a maintenance period of 5-6 weeks, during which 3-5 g of creatine is used per day. The maintenance period is followed by a four-week break from using creatine. The effect of creatine is maintained even during the break, because the loading and maintenance period have filled the body's creatine reserves.
