Asiakaspalvelu on hyvin heikkoa jos tuotteessa on vikaa ja sitä ei palauta vaan hyväksyy hyvityksen joka on minimaalinen. Jos ulkomaalaisesta pienestä lasten pyörästä maksetaan 130€ niin kyllä sen odottaa olevan enempi kuin kohtalainen tuote siihen hintaan. Tässä oli syvä jälki ohjaustangossa, ja muutenkin laadultaan kyseinalainen. Asiakashyvitys johon Kärkkäisellä oli varaa oli 25€! En antaisi edes yhtä tähteä mut valikossa oli pakko painaa että pääsi eteenpäin.
