Certifications The Cybenetics organization measures the efficiency and noise levels in the entire operating range of the power source and utilizes more than 1,450 different load combinations. The Gold efficiency rating requires an efficiency of ≥87% - <91% (depending on supply voltage). The A-noise level test is measured with the same arrangements in the range of ≥25 dBA and <30 dBA by averaging the noise data.
