Both the traditional short stroke (15" / 38 cm) and the long stroke BF6 engine (20" / 51 cm) are available in stroke lengths.
You shouldn't play with engine reliability on the water. For this reason, many have already chosen Honda in the past. The new engines also have an oil pressure indicator and an oil monitor just in case, which automatically limits the revolutions to 2,300 rpm when the oil pressure drops. As usual, the engine is covered by Honda's 5-year warranty.
