The skinning knife with a 15 cm blade is suitable for skinning most game animals and handling carcasses. The blade is made of a first-class steel. Durable, slip-resistant, ergonomic, and lightweight Fibrox handle holds the hand firmly even if it is greasy or wet. The handle withstands a temperature of 80–110 °C. The knife is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand wash.
