Väinö Radiant Heater V2000 is an efficient and safe portable gas heater for its small size. The Väinö Radiant Heater is ideal for home tents, cloud tents, stakeout cabins, boats and many other outdoor and camping applications where heat is needed. The Väinö Radiant Heater is an excellent choice for hunters, campers and boaters. The compact and sturdy gas heater is very efficient for its size. It emits 2000 W / 9000 BTU of heat around it. The user should remember that although it is a safe and efficient small heater, the user should always ensure adequate ventilation and always use a carbon monoxide alarm with the gas heater. In addition, the heater should not be placed near combustible materials.
The Radiant Heater uses standard threaded gas cartridges. For example, the manufacturer promises approximately three hours of use for a 450g gas cartridge when the heater is used at full power and at half power the use time stretches to over five hours. Naturally, the air temperature has a significant effect on the operating time, i.e. if the room where the heater is used is very cold, the operating time will be shorter. In the case of very cold weather, it should also be remembered that gas cartridges for winter use should be used. The heater works with all standard camping gas cartridges. The heater runs on a mixture of propane and butane.
Note! This heater can also be connected to a separate gas cylinder (side valve), for which an oil-free gas pipe can be ordered separately!
