Get me together. Unleash the power of the Empire's starfighters! Take on the role of the Empire's pilot with UGears' licensed Star Wars™ collection Star Wars™ TIE Fighter™. Known as the Twin Ion Engine Fighter, the ship with its spherical cockpit and distinctive hexagonal wings has become one of the most iconic starfighters in the galaxy. This DIY 3D model is made from colored plywood and includes both the starfighter and its own display stand, which is modeled after the Death Star's surface. The TIE Fighter™ attaches to the stand magnetically, making it easy to attach and remove. A discreet battery-powered motor hidden inside the stand produces a smooth lateral motion that mimics the ship's aerial maneuvers. Two moving laser cannons pivot to track enemies, and the cockpit top hatch opens to reveal the interior. Hard wing inserts add to the sense of structure and authenticity. Powered by three AA batteries (not included) or USB Type-C interface (power supply and cable not included). Even better, the stand is designed to seamlessly pair with the UGears Luke Skywalker X-Wing™ model stand, so together they perform the dramatic Trench Run scene from Star Wars™: A New Hope (1977).
