Why is the product dangerous? Möttö Oy is recalling the Princess Mimi Wrist Wallet. The Princess Mimi wrist wallet, which snaps onto the wrist, has failed a tensile strength test in accordance with current technical standards and EU toy safety regulations. In the failed test, the product was exposed to conditions under which it was found that small parts could detach and be swallowed.
What to do? You must stop using the Princess Mimi wristlet and return it immediately. Please return the product without delay to the store where it was purchased. The purchase price of the product will be refunded to all affected customers.

Important safety notice and company recall

The two electric sauna heaters mentioned above were sold in Kärkkäinen Oy’s stores and online store from January 2025 to February 2026, and the recall applies to all heaters sold during that period.
The electric sauna heater was delivered without a power cord, and the heater does not have a strain relief for the power cord to be installed. If the electrician who performed the installation did not add a strain relief, all the force is directed at the connection terminals when the power cord is pulled, creating a risk of injury. In addition, the two openings for the power cord located beneath the heater were left open and may have remained open even after installation by a licensed electrician, posing a serious risk of injury.
The first step is to stop using the product and check with an electrician to confirm whether a strain relief was installed on the power cord during installation and whether the opening in the power cord is covered. After confirming this, customers may return the product to Kärkkäinen Oy stores or via postal return, regardless of whether the installation was performed correctly, in which case the purchase price of the product will be refunded to the customer. If the installer noticed the strain relief during installation and also sealed the other open cable opening, the issue may already be resolved for those products.

HTI Toys is issuing a recall for Stretch Squad products. The recall applies to the following products: DINO STRETCH SQUAD FIDGET EAN 5050835008547 (product number 103643416) and STRETCH SQUAD STRETCHABLE FIGURE EAN 5050837662419 (product number 103643628). The sand-like substance inside the product may contain asbestos. Use of the product must be discontinued immediately, and the product must be returned. The purchase price of the product will be refunded; no receipt is required.
You can return the product to Kärkkäinen Oy stores or by mail as a customer return at no charge. Please include your contact information, your order number (if applicable), and the label “Recall” with your return. If returning by mail, please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization number.

The product has been tested for electrical safety compliance, and a very serious defect has been identified that endangers user safety, as well as other defects that may compromise safety.
A very serious defect is considered to be the air and creepage distances of the product’s isolation transformer, which do not meet the requirements for reinforced insulation. In addition, defects have been found in the product that may endanger safety. These defects include, among others, insufficient air and creepage distances between the primary and secondary circuits of the printed circuit board, a failure in the voltage withstand test, a failure in the fire resistance of the device’s enclosure, and a failure in the device’s Y-capacitor.

The manufacturer’s internal investigations have revealed that this charger has similar safety defects to those found in the tested 20W charger.
If you have purchased either of the above-mentioned products, we ask that you stop using the product immediately and return it either to the place of purchase - Kärkkäinen Oy stores or online store - or directly to the product manufacturer.
