El-dorado Plus is an incinerating toilet designed specifically for cottages where 230 volt electricity is available but no water or sewerage. This combustion toilet is very reliable and hygienic, with a large capacity and easy emptying, with the only end product being ash. The pedal opens the lid and pressing the button starts the incineration process.

Comfort for cottage living
The El Dorado Plus combustion toilet offers almost the same comfort as at home, even if the cottage is far from water and sewerage. The toilet burns waste into environmentally friendly ash using high heat.

El-dorado Plus is ideal for Finnish cottages and other sites with electricity (230 V) but no water or sewerage connection. The ash box is emptied after about a week of use. This toilet is very reliable and durable.

El-dorado Plus uses balanced ventilation, which means that the toilet draws air into the combustion chamber from outside, keeping the inside air warm and reducing the risk of negative pressure. Inlet air requirements are minimised.

Reliability and durability
El-dorado Plus is manually operated (unlike El-dorado Pro, which has an automatic door opening and closing function). By pressing the pedal on the side of the toilet, waste is transferred to the combustion chamber, and the combustion process is started by pressing a button on the top of the toilet.

Most cottages in Finland are located in remote areas, so reliability, quality and easy maintenance have been emphasized in the design.

Quality: made of galvanized steel, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. The toilet is fire-safe, IPX4 rated (splash-proof) and Nemko, Semko and Fimko approved.
Operation
The toilet is always fitted with a bag to allow waste to fall into the combustion chamber. By pressing the pedal after the start, the waste is transferred to the chamber and the incineration process is started by pressing the button. Emptying the ash is easy via the front panel - only a cup of ash remains after a week of use!

The El Dorado Plus toilet has an eco function that automatically adjusts the firing time according to the number of times it is used. When the toilet is used several times, the combustion time is optimised. The firing time is around 90 minutes and the toilet can be used safely during the firing.

After firing, the heating element is switched off and the cooling fan remains on until the toilet has cooled down. The combustion takes place in a closed chamber. If the cottage has many visitors, it is recommended to install an additional toilet for urine, which can multiply the capacity of the El-dorado Plus toilet and reduce the power consumption, as the urine does not need to be burnt.

The toilet can be connected to a 10 amp fuse.

Dimensions The width of the toilet is 40 cm, but the pedal takes up an additional 10 cm, so the width is 50 cm at its widest.

Ventilation
The toilet must have a fixed Ø110 mm
flat ventilation pipe. A separate ventilation set is recommended (optional). Balanced ventilation of the toilet brings fresh air from outside and does not consume the heated air in the room.

The toilet can be used without outside air if only indoor air is used. In this case, there must be no other mechanical ventilation and the room must have at least one 160 mm
replaceable air vent.

Installation
The flue gases from the toilet must be ducted to the outside. Installation methods:

Valve pipe directly through the roof.
Valve pipe through the external wall and from there above the roof.
The cap of the flue gas pipe shall be installed at least 60 cm above the roof surface. Local conditions, such as snowfall, should be taken into account. For both installation methods, a branch pipe is used.
