With a lifetime of up to 5 years, the alarm will clearly indicate when the lifetime has been reached. It comes with two long-life CR17505 batteries. You can also use CR14505 or ER14505 batteries in the alarm. For seasonal storage, it is recommended to remove the batteries and they will last for at least 5 years.

WATCH OUT! The gas alarm is intended for indoor use in dry areas where there is a possibility of gas leakage. Recommended to be stored in a warm place. The alarm comes with a mounting plate which can be left in place for the winter and the alarm can be lifted into a warm room.
When using LP gas, the alarm should be placed 15-30 cm above the floor and no more than 4 m from a stove or other gas-powered appliance. It is recommended that two devices be provided, one inside the motorhome near the stove and one in the gas cylinder box to prevent any gas leakage that may occur.
