100% creatine monohydrate (China). May contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, egg and nuts.
Instructions for use for the consumer:
Mix a dose (5 g of powder) with 200 ml of water or juice and use once a day before training (recommended), but also on days when you do not train. Use regularly for a period of 4 weeks, then take a break of 4-6 weeks. Avoid consuming caffeinated beverages with creatine. The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
