K2 RED is a high-quality silicone that is perfect for sealing surfaces where high temperature resistance is required. The silicone can withstand high temperatures up to 350 °C and meets the requirements of car manufacturers (OEM). Replaces traditional seals: cork, paper, felt, asbestos and rubber. Resistant to oils, greases, coolants, etc. and is sensor-safe.
It can be used in all car models and brands, including sealing: valve covers, thermostat seals, oil pans, water pumps and many other elements where tightness and high temperature resistance are required.
Usage:
1. The surface must be dry, free from dust, dirt, grease and old seal residues.
2. Apply a small amount of silicone to the surface.
3. Remove excess with a knife dipped in soapy water.
4. The sealant will start to dry after 5 minutes, and will be touch-resistant after 1 hour. It will be completely dry after 24 hours.
5. Any excess solidified silicone can be removed with a sharp tool.
6. Close the tube after each use.
