The HENEX H-500 is a 2D finger-mounted/wearable barcode reader with a more accurate megapixel reading optics and wireless communication links. Suitable for professional use, the H-500 reads not only 2D codes but also traditional 1D barcodes. The 2D reading technology used by HENEX enables barcode reading on mobile phones, tablets and computer screens.
The wearable finger scanner can be connected to mobile phones and tablets in Bluetooth mode or used with a computer via a wireless USB adapter or USB cable.
The H-500 is a rugged metal frame reader, making it suitable for professional logistic environments. The battery-powered H-500 has a built-in barcode decoding mechanism, so barcodes can be read quickly without delay. In addition to the data collection features, the device has built-in audible and LED indicator systems to indicate successful barcode reading.
The HENEX H-500 supports the Finnish character set, making it suitable for reading barcodes on driving licenses/kelocards/passports.
The product package includes a barcode reader, a wireless USB adapter for connection to a PC, a USB cable (1.5m) for charging, a carrying strap and a manual. Easy to set up: no separate driver installation required and works on all operating systems.
