Nettle is one of the plants that contains the most natural mineral salts and provides a high content of silicon, iron, calcium, potassium and other important nutrients. Alfalfa, on the other hand, contains vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K, as well as protein and fiber. Dandelion contains flavonoids and other important nutrients such as fructose and phenolic acid.
