The CRI indicates how accurately colors are rendered under a light source. A CRI of 0 means no color differentiation, while 100 corresponds to bright daylight. A CRI of 80 or higher is generally perceived as natural and comfortable, whereas many industrial and street lights have a CRI of only 20–60. For home and outdoor spaces, choosing a light with a high CRI value enhances visibility and aesthetics.
