Aluco interior and space board can be used in a variety of ways, for example in the kitchen space instead of tiles and glass, in interior cladding and sliding doors. Aluco is completely moisture-resistant, so it can even be used in bathrooms. Aluco is also extremely suitable for renovation projects, as it is easy to work with and install over old tiles.
Installation instructions:
Cutting, drilling, edge folding and bending are easy to do with the basic tools of a carpenter or metal worker. Aluco interior panel is easy to handle due to its lightness.
The blade of the table saw must have sufficiently dense teeth, rotation speed 2000-4000 r/min. It is recommended to use a hard blade. Saw the board with the usable side up. After sawing, remove the cutting waste carefully.
Depending on the intended use, the board can be installed either by gluing with Aluco installation glue, by screwing or by lath fixing. The edges can also be finished with an aluminum strip or silicone. At the end of the installation, remember to remove the protective plastic from the surface of the board.
For cleaning, you only need a neutral cleaning agent, a cloth and water.
Plate size 500x1525x4 mm.
Note! When installing the intermediate space panels in the kitchen, it must be taken into account that the surface temperature of the panel is a maximum of 70 degrees. Because of this, hot steam coming directly from the oven or from a dish on the stove must not be directed onto the surface of the plate. The importer's warranty is not valid if the installation and/or use of the disc is contrary to these instructions.
