GRFP materials: Do not use 2-component Multi-Fill with acid primer. The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Lightly sand problem surfaces before use. Shake the jar vigorously before removing the button for at least 2 minutes. Remove the (red) button on the cap, insert it into the pin on the bottom of the jar and push the pin all the way in as far as it will go (press to activate). Remove the button and discard it. Shake the can vigorously before spraying and between each spray coat for at least 2 minutes. Spray the substance in 2-3 layers (70 µm) from a distance of 20-30 cm. Note the evaporation time between layers (5-15 minutes). Can be painted over with all common, commercially available coatings.
Drying times
Air drying: 24 hours / 20 °C
Infrared drying: 70 minutes / 60 °C
Oven drying: 30 minutes / 60 °C Cannot be used over acid primer. Adherence to the drying times is absolutely necessary when the product is used together with a PE package that can be sprayed. After use, turn the jar upside down and spray until the nozzle is empty. For professional use only. 2K epoxy filler guarantees good safety of use on all metals, anodized surfaces and fiberglass reinforced plastic.
