The durable mullite ceramic frame and firebox and ring can withstand temperatures of up to 1000°C, making the grill a safe and long-lasting choice for year-round use. The fibreglass-reinforced insulating tape effectively retains heat and lasts much longer than traditional felt seals.
The grill features a large, clear thermometer, cast iron top valve and a numerical scale bottom air intake for easy, precise temperature control. The grill stands on a high quality, wax-constructed cart that is more sturdy than the base model's pedestals. The trolley also has a storage shelf under the grill for convenient storage of accessories or coals.
