Vilpe Radon ECO110P/700 gray top vacuum cleaner

Applications: Energy-saving DC motor top vacuum cleaner for radon ventilation with the new FLOW series hat, which can be controlled with 0-10 V voltage. External maintenance switch in the vacuum cleaner. Also suitable as an eco-toilet fan. The motor is specially protected. Radonimuri is not suitable for room ventilation due to fire regulations. In addition to the vacuum cleaner, you need a VILPE® roof outlet, which can be selected according to the cover. Dimensions: Duct size Ø 110 mm, outer dimension Ø 225 mm, height 700 mm.

Vilpe 110/ER gray cone ventilation pipe

The Kartio ventilation pipe is intended to be installed in a sheet metal cone built by a tinsmith on the roof, the outer diameter of the upper end of which is 170 mm. The cone ventilation pipe is insulated and therefore does not freeze in freezing temperatures, causing unpleasant odors. The joint between the pipe and the cone can be sealed by installing the sheet metal cone in the grooves at the bottom of the insulated pipe. The cone ventilation pipe is 250 mm high and has an inner diameter of 110 mm and an outer diameter of 160 mm.

Vilpe 110 red ventilation pipe

An insulated outlet pipe for ventilation with a new Flow series cap. Inner tube with lip seal, galvanized sheet steel. In addition to the pipe, you need a VILPE® roof penetration, which can be selected according to the cover. Dimensions: Duct size Ø 125 mm, outer dimension Ø 160 mm, height from the ceiling surface approx. 700 mm. Contents: Pipe, Flow hat, fixing screws. The Flow series hats have a pressure loss of no less than 40% lower than in traditional VILPE® products, thanks to which savings are made both in ventilation energy consumption and housing costs. Flow products, when used together with the VILPE® Intake solution, reduce the ventilation machine's electricity consumption by up to 12% compared to other products of the previous generation on the market. The lower electricity consumption is felt directly in the wallet every year and helps to save nature. Thanks to intensive airflow testing and finished design, Flow products have a uniquely good water separation and direct upward airflow. This ensures even better that the moisture stays outside and the dirty air escapes from the inside directly towards the sky and that the particles do not dirty the roof or facade. The modern design language of the VILPE® Flow product series has been created in cooperation with industrial designers. The straight design will cover the entire hat selection of top vacuum cleaners and ventilation and exhaust pipes.

Vilpe 240X240 mm light gray multi-function grille

Vilpe 110 gray frost coat

The frost jacket offers an easy solution for the insulation of old sewer ventilation pipes with a diameter of 110 mm. The Styrox-insulated frost jacket eliminates the freezing problems of non-insulated ventilation pipes and thus prevents sewer odors from entering the interior of the house. The appearance and color of the pipes are also renewed with the frost jacket. The frost jacket is suitable for cast iron and plastic pipes and many other pipe materials. The outside diameter of the frost jacket is 160 mm and the height is 475 mm. Whether the pipeline is 5 or 50 years old, by installing the antifreeze jacket over the old pipe with the help of the supplied screws, the appearance and functionality of the old pipe will improve.

External maintenance switch in the vacuum cleaner. In addition to the vacuum cleaner, you need a VILPE® roof outlet, which can be selected according to the cover. Duct size Ø 125 mm outer dimension Ø 225 mm height from the ceiling approx. 700 mm. Contents: Top vacuum cleaner, fixing screws, Installation, use and maintenance instructions. The top vacuum cleaners of the VILPE® ECo series are efficiently controlled top vacuum cleaners with a DC motor. Thanks to the better efficiency of the motor and the optimized control, the ECo vacuum cleaner consumes significantly less energy than a vacuum cleaner with an AC motor. Unlike previous VILPE® top vacuum cleaner solutions, VILPE® ECo top vacuum cleaners can be connected to a stepless remote control that works with a constant 0 – 10 V voltage signal. In addition, it is possible to get a tacho output signal from the ECo peak vacuum, from which the engine speed can be read. Thanks to it, ECo top vacuum cleaners can be connected to an automatically controlled building technology system and their operation can be monitored and controlled via a central unit. The pulse data of the tacho signal can be changed into potential-free peak data using the Eco Monitor, which improves connectivity to different home automation systems. The ECo110 models are suitable for radon removal or as ventilation extractors for eco-toilets. In them, the rotation speed of the motor is controlled by a potentiometer, which is in the connection box located on the roof of the top vacuum cleaner. Eco110 top vacuum cleaners cannot be controlled by an external controller or connected to home automation systems. The fan of the VILPE® ECo top vacuum cleaner is based on EC technology, i.e. an electronically commutated fan with a brushless EC motor. ECo top vacuum cleaners meet the challenge of reducing total energy consumption by saving energy, as the efficiency of a DC motor is significantly better than that of an AC motor. Calculations of the power requirement for conveying air show that, depending on the purpose of use, the VILPE® ECo top vacuum saves energy by up to 40 to 60% compared to an AC motor top vacuum. VILPE® ECo top vacuum cleaners meet the requirements of the ERP2015 directive
