Dose per day:
For adults, 2 to 4 capsules daily, 1 to 2 hours after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. The product should be kept out of the reach of young children.
