Zinc spray for maintenance of galvanized and untreated steel. Applications: Galvanized and untreated steel. Quick drying, resistant to petrol, chemicals and weather. Filling composition and excellent adherence. Excellent cathodic corrosion protection, spot weldable. Read the package instructions carefully before use. Instructions for use: The product should be at room temperature before use, processing temperature 5-30°C. Shake for 2 min before use and spray the sample. The treated surface must be clean, grease-free and dry. Remove loose old coating and rust and sand the surface. When spraying, the distance to the treated surface should be approximately 25-30 cm. Apply Valvoline Zinc Spray in several thin layers. Always shake the jar before applying the next layer. Can be used over dried primer. Clean the nozzle after use by turning the spray bottle upside down and pressing the nozzle for about 5 seconds. The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, air humidity and the thickness of the applied layer.
