The Tunturi Neva is equipped with a Shimano EP5 electric motor, developed for mountain bikes, with a torque of 60 Nm. When pedalling, the motor delivers the precise but smooth feel that is characteristic of Shimano. It has enough power to tackle challenging terrain, such as steep climbs and over roots. Tunturi Neva's responsive Suntour XCM 34 15×110 suspension fork is perfect for challenging trails. In rougher terrain, the frame can feel stiff and therefore more sporty.
The electric motor makes for a fast ride. Shimano's hydraulic disc brakes provide confidence on off-road trails and work effectively in all weather conditions. Equipped with Schwalbe Smart Sam performance 29" tyres, the Tunturi Neva is quite a feisty machine for demanding off-road riding. It's at its best when ridden with an active approach.
