With the plastic repair kit, you can repair e.g. car bumpers, dashboards, plexiglass, garden furniture, toys, i.e. practically all broken objects made of plastic by embedding metal staples inside the plastic. Steel rivets embedded inside strengthen and stiffen the old structure considerably. With the supplied leveling triangle, you can finally smooth out the mounting holes for the rivets. The device has 3 power ranges depending on the thickness of the material and the shape of the rivet. Suitable for all plastics with less than 40% glass fiber. The rivet heats up to useable condition in less than a second.
6 rivets of different shapes are delivered, each model approx. 100 pcs. In total, the package comes with about 600 rivets! As an additional accessory, several different staples are available in 100-piece packages.
Note It is possible to install the rivets on the heating tip either at an angle of 45°, 90° or 180° degrees if the installation requires it.
