Ultrasonic cleaning is a gentle cleaning method based on the intense cavitation caused by ultrasound. Microscopic cavitation bubbles on the surface of the object to be cleaned create powerful pressure shocks that effectively remove all contaminants that do not belong to the object without damaging the object itself.
Ultrasound removes dirt, grease and contaminants from many places that other cleaning methods cannot reach, such as drill holes, cavities and channels. This makes it ideal for almost impossible to wash places. Ultrasonic cleaning can be used to clean engine parts, electrical components, diesel injection pumps, motorcycle radiators, hospital equipment, chemical industry equipment, differential gears, motorcycle crankcases, engine cylinder heads, bicycle wheels, guns and their parts. It can also be used to clean all objects made of rubber, glass, metal, ceramics or electronics. However, please check the suitability before washing, e.g. glasses.
To achieve a good cleaning result, we recommend using a special detergent solution for this purpose. The liquid can also be just water and a little fairy or other suitable solution. Vinegar, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, solvent detergent, etc. can also be used. The process can be further accelerated by increasing the temperature of the liquid.
