For adults, take 2–4 capsules a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store at room temperature, out of reach of small children. Thanks to BioSNEDS™ technology, 136.36 mg of BioSNEDS™ creatine is equivalent to 3,000 mg of standard creatine, meaning that a smaller amount of the active ingredient may be sufficient to achieve the same nutritional effect. Creatine improves physical performance during successive short-duration, high-intensity exercises. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 3 g of creatine daily.
In adults over 55, daily intake of creatine may enhance the effects of strength training when 3 g of creatine is taken daily in combination with regular strength training.
The product also contains the HMBPro™ BioSNEDS™ compound, which is a highly bioavailable form of HMB. HMB is a metabolite of leucine that occurs naturally in the body and is particularly well known in the context of sports nutrition and muscle maintenance.
