Case for the GTA 40 - safe transport and high comfort for sawing on the ground
The STIHL GTA 40 case makes it easy to transport and quickly deploy the battery-powered STIHL GTA 40 chainsaw for professional ground-level sawing work, for example in orchards.
The automatic locking function ensures that theSTIHL GTA 40 stays securely in the case even during normal working movements. This increases safety while keeping the tool easily accessible. The battery-powered pruning saw stays firmly in the case even when the legs are bent in a squatting position. In addition, it can be secured with a safety transport lock, which is activated by pressing a button during transport or when the tool is not in use for an extended period of time.
Comfortable and individually adjustable fit
The anti-torsion thigh strap can be adjusted to the user's thigh circumference and, together with the flexible joint, ensures a supportive and comfortable fit without uncomfortable pressure points.
Easy and ergonomic removal with bypass function
Thanks to the bypass function, the STIHL GTA 40 can be ergonomically removed from the housing without having to pull out the entire flange. Instead, the saw can be tilted forward through a special opening, which reduces strain on the shoulders. Any points of contact with the chain are protected by a reinforced aluminium edge.
The housing is particularly suitable for use with theSTIHL ADVANCE X-Flex belt system, but is also compatible with theSTIHL ADVANCE X-Flex belt system.
