Sievi Spike prevents slippage. The footwear has a fully renewed and patented stud mechanism integrated into the base structure, which enables the studs to be easily turned in and out without removing the footwear from the foot. The renewed Sievi Spike is significantly lighter, more flexible and easier to use than its predecessor - thus a superior safety shoe for slippery conditions. The footwear has a zipper that makes it easier to use.
The Sievi DUAL Comfort insole helps your feet and back get through the day more comfortably. The shock absorption pads of the insole are made of PORON® material. The footwear uses a water-repellent upper material. Water penetration resistance meets the requirements of standard EN ISO 20345:2011.
The footwear is resistant to oil and many chemicals. Oil resistance meets the requirements of the EN ISO 20345:2011 standard.
The ankle part of the footwear is protected with viscoelastic memory foam, which follows the user's foot, providing individual support and softness. The tightly structured memory foam prevents ankle injuries by supporting the user's foot and absorbing external shocks to the ankle.

The toe guard protects the toes from falling objects and pinching. Meets the requirements of the EN ISO 20345:2011 standard: impact resistance is 200 J and compression force resistance is 15,000 N.
The steel nail penetration protection prevents sharp objects from penetrating through the base. Meets the requirements of standard 20345:2011: nail penetration resistance is 1100 N.
The sole of the footwear is made of FlexStep® material. Thanks to its microporous structure, the single-layer polyurethane sole is very durable, flexible and provides excellent shock absorption. Heat resistance up to 120 °C.
Footwear equipped with an antistatic structure discharges static electricity accumulated in the body in a controlled manner. The resistance limit values are 100 kΩ to 1000 MΩ.
ESD footwear discharges static electricity accumulated in the body in a controlled and safe manner through the sole structure. The limit values of the resistance of Sievillä's ESD footwear, 100 kΩ - 35 MΩ, are stricter than ordinary antistatic footwear (IEC 61340-5-1). ESD footwear can be used to prevent damage to sensitive electronic devices.
