The foot is protected with an aluminum toe guard and steel nail protection, and the upper leather with a stylish toe cup. The footwear is perfectly suited to varying conditions, as it is equipped with a durable and hard-wearing PU/rubber sole. The warm lining and the insole with aluminum foil keep the cold outside and the heat inside the footwear.

The toe guard protects the toes from falling objects and pinching. Meets the requirements of standard EN ISO 20345:2011: impact resistance is 200 J and compression force resistance is 15,000 N. Aluminum toe protection is 50% lighter than traditional steel toe protection.
The steel nail penetration protection prevents sharp objects from penetrating through the base. Meets the requirements of standard 20345:2011: nail penetration resistance is 1100 N.
The sole of the footwear consists of polyurethane and rubber. The PU/rubber friction sole has excellent grip and wear resistance properties. The middle layer of the sole is shock-absorbing FlexStep® material. Heat resistance up to 300 °C.
The heel elastic protects the feet and supporting organs from strain. Meets the requirements of the standards EN ISO 20345:2011 and EN ISO 20347:2012: the shock absorption of the footwear is at least 20 J. In all Sievi footwear, the heel flexibility is guaranteed by the FlexStep® sole material, more information about which can be found in the FlexStep® section.
The microporous FlexStep® sole material developed by Sievi retains its excellent shock absorption and flexibility even in freezing conditions. The sole of the shoe stays softer even in severe frost and maintains grip on slippery surfaces. The entire structure of the FlexStep® flexible sole prevents stress and shocks on the legs and spine, and helps prevent leg and back pain and thus improves work efficiency. The FlexStep® flexible sole is in all Sievi footwear.
Footwear equipped with an antistatic structure discharges static electricity accumulated in the body in a controlled manner. The resistance limit values are 100 kΩ to 1000 MΩ.
The Sievi ALU insole has a heat-insulating aluminum layer. The aluminum foil of the insole reflects cold outside and heat inside.
The footwear uses a water-repellent upper material. Water penetration resistance meets the requirements of standard EN ISO 20345:2011.
Footwear with this symbol is resistant to oil and many chemicals. Oil resistance meets the requirements of the EN ISO 20345:2011 standard.
