A very powerful gas smoker with a really large smoking surface area. The smoker has six grates and there are hooks on its upper surface for hanging whole fish inside the smoker. The dust box and burner each have their own spaces, which can be opened during smoking without the heat decreasing in the actual smoking compartment. Smoker has two cast iron burners á 2,93 kW = 5,86 kW which generates even heat and smoke into the smoker. 6 pcs chromed smoking grids á 56 x 36 cm. Enamelled water/crease pan is placed under the grids. Smoking chips are placed into enamelled chip pan. Handles eases lifting and movin smoker. Chimney has a valve, which helps to adjust amount of smoke inside smoker. With thermometer you can check temperature inside smoker. Waranty 1 year.
