Makita's battery-powered, carbon brushless router RP001G for versatile woodworking. The power source is the Makita 40V XGT battery system, thanks to which the machine is at the level of the largest corded routers.
Adjustable rotation speed from 0 to 8,500 rpm and milling depth adjustable from 0 to 60 mm. Aluminum base, light and compact in size, yet very efficient. In addition, the machine has Extreme Protection technology (XPT), which protects the machine against water and dust.
Thanks to the soft start, the machine starts calmly, increasing the revolutions evenly. The electronic brake stops the operation of the machine quickly when the operating switch is released, and the soft brake function prevents damage to the material being processed when the machine is turned off. The restart prevention function protects the user from accidental restarts.
The double LED light effectively illuminates the area to be worked on and enables working in the dark.
For dust control and keeping the workplace clean, the router can be connected to a vacuum cleaner. The machine is also ready for the AWS (Auto-Start Wireless System) vacuum cleaner remote start function, which enables a compatible vacuum cleaner paired with a Bluetooth connection to start at the same time as the machine is started.
