Powerful hammer drill for demanding jobs. Three functions: drilling without impact or with impact and spike function. Impact force 2.9 Joules and maximum capacity for concrete 28 mm. As standard equipment, a quick-change chuck for cylindrical-handled wood and metal blades. Body version without battery and charger in Makpac bag.
The ergonomic body structure of the HR004G hammer drill makes work meaningful. The machine is equipped with active vibration damping, i.e. AVT technology (Anti Vibration Technology). The machine's counterweight mechanism cancels the vibration caused by the striker, and both the rear and side handles are vibration-damped. Constant speed control keeps the speed constant as the load increases.
The additional dust removal device DX14 can be connected to the hammer drill. With the help of the additional device, the working efficiency and comfort increases significantly when the drilling dust, which is harmful to health, is collected already during the drilling phase.
The use is also facilitated by the quick attachment of the SDS-Plus blade and the ability to adjust the speed normally from the operating switch. In addition, a separate adjustment wheel can be used to limit the rotation speed when drilling into more sensitive material such as brick. The double LED light makes working in poorly lit workplaces easier.
Operating time with a 40V max 2.5Ah battery: drilling capacity with a 12 mm drill bit 60 mm deep holes about 120 pieces.
Use advantages:
- The battery protection system protects against overload, undervoltage and overheating
- Quick-change chuck for metal and wood drills without impact.
- Low vibration thanks to AVT vibration damping.
- Improved dust and water resistance thanks to XPT (Extreme Protection Technology).
- Low power consumption thanks to the carbon brushless motor
- Impact drilling, drilling without impact and spike function
- The standard electronics keep the speed of the machine constant, even if the load increases when doing more demanding work.
Makita expands the range of battery-powered products on the market by launching the 40V Max XGT series, which is stronger in terms of battery technology. The XGT series has been developed alongside the industry-leading 18V LXT series to offer customers more powerful battery-operated machines and devices for cordless jobsite needs. In Kärkkäinen's selection you can find all professional XGT battery tools and accessories. 40V and 18V batteries are not compatible. The new XGT 40V series has been developed to meet the needs of very demanding end users and enables the development of even more efficient battery machines.
