About the product

Makita's GA050G is a very powerful cordless angle grinder suitable for 125 mm discs for demanding professionals. Carbon brushless, integrated drum-style motor and Makita's 40V XGT battery system enable the machine to run at a staggering 11,000 minˉ¹, which already achieves the power of similar corded models. The standard electronics ensure that the revolutions do not decrease even when the device is loaded. With the help of the soft start function, the machine starts very gently. eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) improves dust and water resistance when working in challenging conditions.

Restart prevention, an efficient electronic brake and an operating switch on the bottom increase the safety of the device. In addition, AFT (Active Feedback sensing Technology) monitors the rotation speed of the disc and when the revolutions suddenly decrease, it turns off the engine, preventing possible kickbacks. Thanks to effective vibration damping, the machine is comfortable to use.

Body version, battery and charger are sold separately.
