Makita JR003G is a powerful and durable XGT 40V battery-powered jigsaw designed specifically for cutting pipes. Suitable for precise and fast cutting of pipes up to 220 mm in diameter.
It stands out with its chain clamp, which holds the workpiece firmly and securely in place and ensures a clean, straight and controlled cut - even in challenging working conditions. The chain is easy to attach and the sturdy clamp holds it firmly in place throughout the sawing process.

While the Makita JR003G is specifically designed for pipe sawing, its use is not limited to that. Once the chain clamp is removed and the front handle and optional blade holder are installed, the saw operates like a standard hacksaw. This also makes it ideal for cutting wood, plastic or other materials on the jobsite.

Makita's XGT battery system provides power combined with intelligent battery and motor technology. The load-resistant carbon brushless motor ensures efficient cutting without overheating or loss of power, and the constant speed function keeps the sawing smooth even under stress. The saw's stroke rate is infinitely adjustable between 800 and 2200 min-¹, making work flexible and optimising both cutting speed and blade life.

The JR003G is built for heavy-duty use and equipped with Makita's XPT (eXtreme Protection Technology) system, which means excellent protection against water and dust - the perfect choice for outdoor locations or challenging working environments.
