The HG001G is a battery-powered heat gun for the 40V XGT® system and is ideal for a wide range of heating and de-icing needs, such as installing heat socks or heating ski lubricants.
The temperature control is infinitely variable and equipped with a thermostat to keep the temperature constant. The unit can also be used for cooling without heating the air and the temperature control can be set in 10 degree increments up to 600°C. A clear LCD display indicates the status of the settings. There are four settings for the air volume, 120, 150, 180 or 200 l/min. Operating time with one 40V XGT® 4.0 Ah battery is approximately 14 minutes at maximum puffing and temperature.
Nozzles can be changed quickly and easily thanks to the quick release mechanism, without the risk of touching hot metal parts. The operating switch can be locked in the ON position for longer working periods. An LED light illuminates the work area so you can work in low light.
The suspension hook allows you to position the machine where you want it and the machine is designed to be held on a table with the nozzle up, leaving both hands free to work. The body version, battery and charger are sold separately.
