Cost-effective, gas- and hose-free nailing with Makita's battery-powered body nailer!
Makita's XGT family of battery-powered body nailers, the BN002G, is equipped with a carbon brushless motor and air cylinder. Nailing with compressed air is similar to using a pneumatic nailer.
The nailer can be used to nail nails from 50 to 90 mm long, including hot-dip galvanized comb nails. Nailing mode is electronically switched between single and serial nails. The standard magazine holds 36 to 41 full-length plastic-bonded nails, with a longer magazine available as an accessory. The number of nails remaining can be easily checked through the hole in the side of the magazine.
The magazine is equipped with a blank shot prevention system. Thanks to its balanced design and low recoil, the Makita body nailer is comfortable and safe to use in all positions. The infinitely variable depth adjustment makes it easy to select the nailing depth to suit each application, regardless of the nail and material.
The nailer is supplied with a plastic nose piece to prevent marks being left on the surface of the material being nailed. The handle is rubber-coated to ensure a firm and secure grip. The nailer is equipped with an LED work light. Two different types of suspension hooks are available, one for the belt and one for a scaffolding.
