Unprecedented power for the Makita XGT® battery family! The BL4080H battery combines high power delivery, low heat dissipation and compact size.
Thanks to its new High Power cells, the BL4080H is capable of delivering more power faster than the BL4080F battery. With up to 35% more power, the battery increases work efficiency and speeds up processes.
Despite the high power dissipation, the new cells heat up significantly less than the BL4080F battery. Due to the low heat dissipation, the battery life per charge is increased even under heavy load compared to the conventional BL4080F battery.
The lower operating temperature also results in a faster charge time (approx. 76 minutes) as the battery can accept the charge faster without the need for separate initial cooling. Battery life is also increased due to the low thermal stress on the cells.
The BL4080H has the same physical dimensions as the BL4080F, but weighs 100 grams less
