A vacuum pump is always needed in heat pump installation and maintenance work to evacuate the pipeline between the indoor and outdoor unit. Makita's DVP180 is perfectly suited for the installation of individual air conditioners in detached houses, cottages and apartments. Being battery-powered, the DVP180 does not need an electricity supply at the work site. Lightweight, weighing only 3.5 kg, Makita is easy to carry next to the outdoor unit.
