The Makita DJV185 is an efficient and easy-to-manage straight frame jigsaw with a carbon brushless motor. The straight-frame model is particularly popular, e.g. in furniture installations. The saw has a 3-position pendulum function with which you can adjust the sawing power to suit the object being worked on. Automatic load detection only increases the revolutions to the maximum when the machine is loaded. The detection can be switched off if you are sawing light material, such as wind protection board, thin plywood and hardboard. The large stroke length of 23 mm together with the efficient carbon brushless motor guarantees very efficient sawing even in thick material.
