About the product

The Makita HR012G is a rugged battery-powered SDS-PLUS drill with replaceable support for demanding jobs. The HR012G hammer can be used for drilling without or with impact, as well as for shearing. With the cutting function, small demolition jobs and tile removal can be carried out efficiently with a 3.3 J impact force. Drilling capacity in concrete is up to 28 mm. The hammer is supplied with a standard interchangeable quick coupling for cylindrical drill bits. Battery and charger sold separately.

The Makita HR012G hammer drill has electronic speed control and its standard electronics ensure that the machine's revolutions remain constant under load.

Highly efficient AVT (Anti Vibration Technology) or active vibration dampening technology minimizes vibration to the operator. The safety-enhancing AFT (Active Feedback Sensing Technology) system continuously monitors the blade rotation speed and shuts down the machine if the blade jams, preventing operator hazards from potential kickback.

For efficient dust extraction, the machine can be equipped with the optional DX18 vacuum cleaner. The machine is also equipped with an AWS (Auto-start Wireless System) remote start function, which allows the vacuum cleaner to start wirelessly via Bluetooth at the same time as the machine itself. So no need for a separate vacuum cleaner start-up!
