Linglong has dazzling customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction with Linglong rings proves excellent in a survey conducted in Finland. As many as 66% of respondents say that Linglong rings have exceeded expectations either clearly (41% of respondents) or slightly (25%). Only 3% were disappointed.
In particular, the tyres are praised for their value for money, with an average rating of 4.5 and a maximum of 5. Dry grip (4.4 out of 5) also receives an excellent rating. The tyre's other characteristics receive very good ratings across the board.
Those who have bought a Linglong once will continue to buy a Linglong in the future. Up to 86% will either definitely (51%) or probably (35%) keep Linglong on their shopping list in the future. Only 2% say they will stick with other brands in the future.
