The Extender Repeater extends the PoE+ connection, one hundred meters at a time. With one Extender, the connection can be extended by a maximum of 100 meters, but by connecting a maximum of five in a row, the device to be networked can be located at a distance of up to 600 meters. Each additional section loses about 4 W of power and the calculated power at a distance of 600 meters is 8.6 W. The higher the quality of the cable, the lower the loss. However, even a Cat5e level Ethernet cable can be used very well. Installation is the easiest possible: Just connect the cables to both ends of the Extender.
