Regardless of the height and weight of the trainee, the HC PRO Hyperextension bench is primarily suitable for back extension with or without additional weight.
Another easy and comfortable way to use it is to put a back extension bench in front of a cross pulley or a hand pulley and take additional weight from there either with your hands or put a strap found in the gym around the back of the neck and thus pull the additional weight up.
The third purpose and method of use comes from Fitness athletes whose goal is a rounder and bigger butt. In this case, the movement is always done with additional weight or with additional weight taken from the lower end of the hand pulley/cross pulley, and the movement is much shorter than in a traditional back extension. To train the butt, the movement is done so that you are in the upper position and only go down as far as you feel that the gluteus maximus, i.e. the muscles of the rear, are doing the work. When the movement starts to go to the muscles of the lower back, we rise, tensing the muscles of the butt, back to the top position.
