About the product

Ready-to-use half-mask respirator with a replaceable pair of P3 RD NO (=Nuisance Odour) particle filters, which, thanks to the added active carbon layer, also removes unpleasant odors from the breathing air. A model of the GVS Low Profile series, which is one of the smallest, lightest and most efficient half masks on the market. The low profile provides a wide field of vision, and the design provides excellent compatibility with other protective equipment such as mask-type eye protection, full face protection, hearing protection and work helmets. Size ML.

Typical areas of use:
Food production and agriculture, production of medicinal products and substances, and laboratory use.

It is also perfectly suited for areas of use:
Mining, metal, stone, cement, wood, glass, ceramics, textile, chemical, shipping and automotive industries, production and processing of batteries and batteries, waste and asbestos processing, demolition of microbially damaged structures, drying, heavy metal processing (lead, nickel, chrome), agriculture, work tasks that raise the heart rate, etc.

The patented soft structure of the filters provides a perfect fit on most faces and tightness. The considerably large inhalation area combined with the large exhaust air valve in front of the mouth minimizes breathing resistance and prevents the accumulation of moisture on the inside of the mask. The filters have a water-repellent structure and are reusable. The 4-point headband increases comfort when the operating conditions change and is designed for safe use even in very humid and wet working conditions.
The materials are soft, odorless, hypoallergenic, skin-friendly and latex- and silicone-free. Face part TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer), which is pleasant to use even for long periods continuously.

Explanations of the type symbols of the filters:
P3 = The most effective particle filtration class from dust, fog and steam containing e.g. microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, gypsum, wood or textile fibers, marble, titanium oxide, soapstone, stone wool, cleaning agents, oil, spices, salt, feed, etc. Protect from dust , which can cause lung diseases caused by e.g. cotton, graphite, kaolin, zinc and aluminum. Also protects against harmful dust caused by e.g. coal, asbestos (always check site-specific demolition instructions), bauxite, quartz and iron ore. Also protects against toxic dust caused by e.g. manganese, lead and chromium.
Efficiency: 99.98% (up to 0.3 micrometer particle size).
R = Reusable filters
D = The filters have been tested according to the voluntary dolomite test, i.e. the mask can be used while maintaining a low respiratory response even for long periods in thick dust. In the test, filtration efficiency is measured from particles, simulating mine conditions. Thanks to the low breathing response, the user is less stressed and work is more meaningful.
NO = Removes unpleasant odors and smells

Filter type: HESPA (High Efficiency Synthetic Particulate Airfilter)
Pore diameter: 0.3 micrometers (=thousandths of a millimeter)
Certification: Half mask CE EN 140, EAC. Filter CE EN 143 P3 RD, APF 20, CA 29.416, NIOSH P100, EAC.
Total weight only 141 g.
Breathing resistance: 4.2 mbar 47.5 L/min breathing flow for both filters.
Filter usage time: Can be used until the filter is blocked and breathing becomes unpleasant (influencing factors are the number of particles and breathing frequency). The filtering power remains the same during the entire period of use.
Shelf life: 3 years (due to the activated carbon part).
Made in Great Britain.
Delivery includes: Half mask, 2 x P3 RD NO Low Profile filter element, main harness
