Foodin Electrolyte Powder is a practical supplement to support optimal fluid balance. In addition to essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium), the product contains OptiMSM powder, vitamin C and trace elements that support the hydrating properties of the powder.
Sweating (sports, heat, sauna) increases the need for electrolytes. Electrolyte powder supports the increased need for electrolytes with a ketogenic diet.
