Bradley's cold smoking box is an accessory for Bradley Original and Bradley Digital smoking cabinet models.
Bradley smokers are designed so that the smoke generator can be removed from the smoking cabinet. In this way, the heat created by the resistance that heats the briquettes, i.e. the source of the smoke, evaporates outside the insulated smoking cabinet and the temperature of the cabinet does not rise much. The smoke from the cold smoke box can easily be made to pass to the cabinet, when the cabinet and the smoke generator are separate devices.
The cold smoke box is placed on the underside of the cabinet and the devices are connected with a flexible metal pipe.
- The package includes: tin box and accordion pipe (no smoke generator or smoking cabinet included)
- It is recommended to use Bradley's own briquettes or Hailuoto's briquettes.
