The Digital smoker is equipped with a Borniak Simple controller.

The smoking cabinet is made of polished stainless steel sheet. This material gives the smoker a beautiful appearance and meets high hygiene standards.
One device makes possible cold smoking * and hot smoking. Simple operation and always professional results with perfect smoke flavor.(The smoke generator, which is part of the smoker, has a 110W heater. This heater can raise the temperature by 30 degrees from environment, e.g. when the ambient temperature is 10°C the temperature in the chamber will be around 30-40°C. To lower the temperature in the smoking chamber, the cold smoking attachment is required. The ZW-01 or ZWS-01 adapter allows you to lower the temperature to the conditions of cold smoking, as a result of which the temperature in the chamber is close to the atmospheric temperature (may be higher by 2-3°C).)
